Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within one (1) business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays. However, we will gladly assist in tracking down any lost or delayed packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can resolve the issue promptly.
